Great location, with easy access to multiple MRT stations and bus lines. The staff were friendly and helpful, even responding to phone inquiries outside of reception hours. The property is very new, with some areas still being set up, but overall it is maintained to a good standard.
Some aspects could be improved. The room would benefit from a small shelf or bedside surface to place personal items before sleep. Bed linens are not changed at all during stays, which is not suitable for longer visits and should be addressed. There are no trash bins in the common areas, which is inconvenient, especially when there is none in the shared kitchen. Additionally, the shared work areas lack accessible drinking water and nearby restroom facilities in the same area.
